Party FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular dates (December, school holidays) should be booked 4-6 weeks ahead.
Can I bring my own cake?
Our packages include a birthday cake, but you may bring your own at no extra charge. Just let us know during booking so we can plan accordingly.
What about children with allergies?
Absolutely — just let us know about any allergies during booking. Our catering team will prepare safe alternatives, and our staff will be briefed.
Can parents stay during the party?
Yes! Parents are welcome to stay. Our lounge has comfortable seating, free WiFi, and refreshments. Or join the fun — it's your call!
