Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Letzplay indoor playground facilities, website, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

Our playground is designed for children ages 1–12. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child's behaviour at all times.

3. Membership & Payments

  • Membership plans are billed according to the selected plan (daily, monthly, or annual).
  • All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active members.
  • Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers (Paystack).

4. Safety & Waivers

All parents/guardians must sign a liability waiver before their child can access the play areas. You acknowledge that physical play carries inherent risks, and while we maintain the highest safety standards, Letzplay is not liable for injuries resulting from normal play activities.

5. Facility Rules

  • Socks must be worn in all play areas (available for purchase at reception).
  • No outside food or drinks in the play zones.
  • Children who are unwell should not visit the playground.
  • Photography and video recording of other children is prohibited without consent.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any visitor to leave.

6. Bookings & Cancellations

Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a credit note for future use. No-shows forfeit the full booking fee.

7. EduPlay Activities

Educational activities (tutoring, STEM sessions, arts & crafts) are included in applicable membership plans. Schedules are subject to change. Letzplay may use anonymised progress data for programme improvement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Letzplay and protected by Nigerian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letzplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active members of material changes via email.
