Letzplay is designed for children ages 1 to 12. We have four dedicated age zones: Tiny Explorers (1-3), Little Learners (3-5), Adventure Squad (5-8), and Young Innovators (8-12). Each zone has age-appropriate equipment and activities.

We are located at 62 Channels TV Road, Isheri North, OPIC, Lagos. Our facility is fully air-conditioned and easily accessible with ample parking. See our Contact page for directions.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Holiday hours may vary — follow us on Instagram for updates.

For children under 3, a parent or guardian must remain on-site. For children 3 and above, parents may drop off and return at pick-up time. Our parent lounge has comfortable seating, free WiFi, and refreshments if you choose to stay.

Safety is our #1 priority. We are SSLAG certified, with 24/7 CCTV monitoring in all play areas, trained and background-checked staff, a medical team on standby, and sanitized equipment hourly. All equipment meets international safety standards.

We have first-aid trained staff on-site at all times, an emergency medical kit, and an AED (defibrillator). We also maintain relationships with nearby hospitals for immediate referral if needed. All staff are trained in emergency protocols.

Yes, grip socks are mandatory for all children in the play areas to prevent slipping. They are available for purchase at ₦500 per pair and are yours to keep. Members get free socks with their plan.

A single visit costs ₦5,000 per child for the full day (during operating hours). Additional siblings on the same visit are ₦4,000 each. Parent entry is free.

We recommend 2 weeks for weekdays and 4 weeks for weekends. December and school holidays book up fast — plan 6 weeks ahead during peak seasons.

Absolutely! Our Gold and Platinum packages include themed decorations. Share your child's favourite theme and our team will bring it to life.

We offer Homework Help Days (Monday & Thursday, 2-5 PM), Science Fridays (3-5 PM), Creative Arts sessions (Wednesday & Saturday), and more. Homework Help and Science Fridays are included with Premium and VIP memberships.

Our tutors are qualified educators with degrees in education or relevant subjects, minimum 3 years teaching experience, and verified backgrounds. They specialize in making learning interactive and fun.

Yes, our tutors help with mathematics, English, science, and social studies for primary and early secondary school levels. We follow the Nigerian curriculum.

Walk-ins are welcome! However, booking online ensures a spot during peak times (weekends, holidays). Members enjoy priority check-in.

Walk-in visits are for the full day during operating hours — stay as long as you like! There is no hourly charge.
